The Artist, Shannon ThornFeather

Born in California and raised in Saudi Arabia, Shannon received a wide view of this planet from a very young age. Although a graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy, she never studied visual arts (drawing, painting, etc.) while she was there, but instead majored in music, dance and backstage theater.

Shannon is a self taught intuitive artist who has been drawing and creating from the time she could pick up a crayon. For the first few decades of this lifetime, art has mostly been a hobby and a great way to give gifts when the budget was less than abundant.


She began her journey as a committed artist at the age of 32, finally choosing art as her vehicle for self expression. When creating her art, Shannon channels the energy of her subject, sometimes using music as a medium of connection. In her spare time, she reads tarot and astrology for friends and family and has recently started reading for the public as well.


Shannon has been a practicing Ceremonial Magician, Ontologist and student of Metaphysics for more than fifteen years. She currently enjoys the peace and quiet of her life in southern California with her best friend Jeff.
